Civil Appeal Verdict & DoJ Resume Postponed

It’s looking awfully familiar, the waiting game is in full effect again. The civil appeal verdict should have been more then 2 weeks ago, but without a word from the court, it looks like it’s postponed for an unspecified time. Unsurprisingly, the DoJ appeal resume has also been delayed from 27th January to 14th of April 2010.

HowTo Remember Authentication Mounted Drive in Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic

The new policykit in Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic doesn’t have a GUI for remembering settings like authentication password to mount a drive/partition. Even without a GUI you can change policies fairly easy by going to /usr/share/polkit-1/actions and editing the right XML file with your favorite editor.
