AFACT vs iiNet: Day IV

Attempts by the Hollywood studios to use the Australian legal system to add Australia to their list of sales, enforcement and distribution divisions, roll on. Below is a brief round of of reports from Day IV from Filip. Among other things, the wholly owned MPAA unit is trying to say iiNet customers lose their confidentiality “once they infringe copyright”.
