ipoque, DPI, and network neutrality

Deep Packet Inspection ( DPI ) manufacturer, ipoque, has produced a white paper titled Deep Packet Inspection: Technology, Applications & Network Neutrality , says Christopher Parsons (right) on his Technology, Thoughts, and Trinkets blog. He’s a doctoral student at Victoria University on Vancouver Island, BC, and has a special interest in DPI —- as does ipoque, founded in Leipzig, Germany, and claiming to be the, “leading European provider of deep packet inspection (DPI) solutions for Internet traffic management and analysis”.
