New Trial Date Confirmed

As reported back in June, a new trial was heading our way since the case got reopened due to unfinished business.

The date is set for 24th of November 2010 in the Hague and should last the whole day. The summoned witnesses mostly relate to the R4U case regarding the unjustified raids. The additional rapport from the expert Pouwelse is to be heard and the final pleas will (again) take place.

Hopefully this time around, things will be crystal clear about the unjustified use of authority against the victims and the emotional and financial damages they have sustained since the end of 2004. It’s about time the ones responsible for the unnecessary years of trials should face responsibilities.
