p2pnet view Off Topic:- A North Carolina school has been ordered to re-admit 14-year-old Ariana Iacono after suspending her for wearing a nose stud. The American Civil Liberties Union of North Carolina earlier this week filed a lawsuit in federal court saying Clayton High School had violated her constitutional rights “by refusing to grant a religious exemption to its dress code”, says the Charlotte Observer . She belongs to the  Church of Body Modification, says the story, quoting her mother, Nikki, as saying, “We are thrilled that Ariana can return to her studies.
