Twitter Targeted by File Sharing Scammers

Apparently, it’s quite necessary for Twitter to promptly take measures for baffling file-sharing machinations aimed at breaching the site’s security. The website recently discovered it has become the primary target of a dangerous Internet scheme, which works by exploiting arranged file-sharing sites to gather users’ personal information. Twitter managed to identify several corrupted torrent sites involved in stealing people’s usernames and passwords, we learn from a BBC report.
